02 / THE PROGRAM BRIEF

KNOW WHAT
YOU’RE ENTERING.

Emotion gets attention. Clear expectations earn trust. These are the operating realities of the founding FORGE 90 cohort.

FORMAT01

Hybrid Tri-Valley coaching

Individualized programming, direct coaching, and a private digital member headquarters support the work between scheduled sessions.

WEEKLY RHYTHM02

Three to five training days

Your lane, experience, recovery, and schedule determine the exact frequency. Every member also completes a weekly coach review.

ENTRY03

Application before invitation

A private fit conversation and health-readiness screening happen before onboarding. Interest does not guarantee acceptance.

TIMING04

Dates confirmed before acceptance

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The complete cohort calendar and required time commitments are provided before you decide.

THE FORGE CODEEST. IN THE TRI-VALLEY

THIS IS NOT A PUNISHMENT.
IT IS NOT A PERFORMANCE.
IT IS A RETURN TO ALIGNMENT.

We train hard enough to change and intelligently enough to keep going. We tell the truth about where we are. We repair quickly. We respect the room. We leave with more capacity than we arrived with.

03 / THE OPERATING CODE

HARD WITHOUT
BEING HOLLOW.

Serious standards with a human repair system. The goal is durable discipline—not a perfect streak held together by fear.

01

Show up honestly.

A difficult day is information—not a reason to disappear.

02

Repair. Don’t restart.

Green, Yellow, and Red days keep one imperfect choice from becoming a lost week.

03

Earn the reveal.

Progress is measured through repeatable actions, not punishment, humiliation, or manufactured intensity.

04

Lift the room.

Your standard should make the people around you stronger. We rise by lifting others.

04 / WHAT YOU ARE ENTERING

BUILT TO
BE FINISHED.

Every inclusion has a job: improve safety, execution, belonging, identity, or the odds that you continue after the challenge ends. Nothing is added just to inflate a value stack.

COACHING01

A plan built around your real life

Baseline assessment, structured programming, weekly targets, and coaching adjustments that match your experience, schedule, and available equipment.

TRAINING02

Three lanes. One standard.

Foundation, Performance, and Athletic tracks give beginners a safe entry point while experienced members still have room to progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY03

Green / Yellow / Red repair

A practical system that protects momentum when sleep, stress, work, or life changes the day you planned.

COMMUNITY04

Private cohort rooms

Focused conversation, check-ins, voice rooms, weekly wins, and direct access to people completing the same commitment.

IDENTITY05

Limited founding garment

A numbered GOLD & VINTAGE collaboration designed as a marker of participation—not a costume or giveaway.

REVEAL06

Style meets strength

Two barber services support the opening standard and the final reveal, with consent-first storytelling and no forced before-and-after content.

05 / EXAMPLE WORKOUTS

These sessions show the training logic—not a one-size-fits-all prescription. Your assessment determines exercise selection, starting volume, loading, and progression.

PROOF OVER
PROMISES.

Transformation is evaluated against your own baseline. The goal is visible evidence of execution and increased capacity—not a borrowed body standard or a guaranteed result.

Training attendance, check-in consistency, weekly commitments, and how quickly you repair disrupted days.

02

Capacity

Individualized strength, conditioning, and movement-quality benchmarks appropriate to your starting point.

12 / BEFORE YOU APPLY

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.

The strongest commitment starts with clear expectations. Review these before requesting an invitation.

01Is this 75 HARD or affiliated with Fight Club?

No. THE FORGE is an independent TriValley.fit coaching experience. It draws from broad themes of discipline, identity, community, and personal responsibility, but it does not copy, license, or claim affiliation with 75 HARD, Fight Club, or any other third-party program or film.

02Do I need to be advanced?

No. Members are assigned to Foundation, Performance, or Athletic training standards after assessment. The expectation is honest effort and coachability—not a particular starting body, strength level, or athletic résumé.

03Are the example workouts my exact program?

No. They demonstrate how Foundation, Performance, and Athletic sessions may be structured. Your actual exercises, loading, volume, conditioning, and progression are selected after readiness screening and baseline assessment.

04What if I miss a workout or have a bad day?

You do not restart from day one. You classify the day Green, Yellow, or Red, complete the appropriate minimum action when safe, communicate, and repair the next decision. Repeated misses trigger a coaching conversation, not public punishment.

05What happens after I build an interest request?

The builder creates a message on your device. You can text it directly to Nick or copy it and open the verified TriValley.fit Instagram profile. Nick personally reviews fit, readiness, expectations, and cohort capacity before communicating any next steps.

06Does this page collect or store my information?

No. The application builder creates a message on your device for you to copy or share yourself. Nothing is submitted to or stored by this website. Do not include medical history, financial details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

07Are results guaranteed?

No honest coach can guarantee a specific body or performance outcome. Results depend on starting point, attendance, nutrition, sleep, recovery, health, and many other factors. THE FORGE promises a serious system, transparent coaching, and measurable execution—not fabricated certainty.

08Where and when does FORGE 90 happen?

FORGE 90 is designed as a hybrid Tri-Valley coaching experience with a private digital member headquarters. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; accepted applicants receive the complete cohort calendar, required sessions, and location details before making a commitment.
